40 mins on the exercise bike at 140bpm. Bo-ring. That was a real struggle. Not that I couldn't do it. I could - easily. I just couldn't keep my concentration up. Perhaps its because I was looking forward to a run yesterday and then the snow came and put a stop to that.
The usual 25 minute stationary bike - failed again on the peaks :-( T2'ed to the treadmill for 5 minutes at 7.0 MPH. walked it down from there.
Hit the pool tonight for 2000 yds in 50 minutes (500 was a kick set). I was not long tonight, but I was fast. Finished off with a 100yd sprint from the water - 1:06. Not bad for an old, fat, hairy dude!
