Does running through the grocery store at top speed count as my peach for today? I was in and out of there in less than and hour! Nice. Off to swim. Was that all the shopping for the entire week? Yes, I'm anal and spend over an hour on the grocery list and will write and re-write it, to make sure everything is in order of how it's shelved in the stores.... and I'm proud of that oh, more question... did you run over anybody with the basket to make sure you didn't stop as you were grabbing things of the shelves??? If you answered yes to all three of the above, yeah... I think you earned it
do you really make a list? I used to and would always forget it at home with all the coupons that I took an hour to cut! haha |

GPOL. good to see that you got out for a swim today! those peach sheets must have done you some good....yeah you! thanks Stacie...the rest did me wonders! cant tell you the last time I took a long nap!! may have to do it more often! you will have a blast on the MS-150...have done many of them....one I did in the central coast of California and got an award for pulling my daughter the entire way! she and her one ton target 10 speed bike would grab on to my back pocket of my jersey and off we would go...I cant tell you how good I slept! so good to hear that rest did you wonders. im all for naps.... as for your MS story. giggle, i can just picture that...as for the sprinkler award, id love to hear the story sometime.... the ride actually isnt until June 6&7, ill be turning 42 a few days prior, seems fitting. im just figured out a plan to mesh w my Oly trng plan so that i can get the xtra mileage in that i need to prepare. tricky business at first (honestly, i think i was making it MUCH harder than it needed to be....) Gordo helped me. ill be sure to come to you for all things MS150. |

But I have a major training weekend that I MUST stick to. I have a two hour ride on Saturday and a 30 minute run. Then Sunday I have an hour ride and 30 minute run on Sunday. I have blown off my long run/ride the past few weeks and I MUST stick to the plan this weekend!!!! |

Champion 7546 Santa Cruz, California | Subject: RE: Taser Roasted Peeps II as for your MS story. giggle, i can just picture that...as for the sprinkler award, id love to hear the story sometime.... the ride actually isnt until June 6&7, ill be turning 42 a few days prior, seems fitting. you young pup you! as for the sprinkler award...my husband, dd and a friend came rolling into camp our second night. we were camping at a school in Paso Robles CA...and everyone seemed to have thier tents all crowded into one area...so we decided why dont we set up over on the baseball fields....we were sleeping under the stars...no tent...just a lean-to and some sleeping bags....about 2 am...I hear our friend start cursing and tossing things about....and look over to see sprinklers had turned on he has found a white bucket and had it upside down on the sprinkler trying to keep it from getting us all wet! while he stands on this bucket ~ we get up to move all of our stuff including our sleeping daughter who slept thru the entire event! we drag our stuff over to this dry area and just get settlled back into our sleeping bags...another cycle of the sprinklers turn on...and you got it! of course the sprinklers where we had just moved to decided it was time to turn on! SO TIME TO MOVE AGAIN!!!!! ;( this time we move over to where everyone else was camping! I guess thats what they mean when they say three is a charm! took us three times to move to get to a spot where we could finally go to sleep! haha the last day I got the towing my daughter award and we all got the sprinkler award! and to this day they still chuckle about our demise! sorry about the book!
