I am SO sorry.  Honestly I'm not normally this crazy... I've had a tough day, not enough sleep and when I realized I was going to be VERY late I started to panic.... So again - I apologize that you all waited to swim - and I'm very sorry I was in the state I was by the time I got there. 

I hope that you had a great swim.  Again, my sincere apologies.

It was really too bad that you were no able to stay - but we all understand and wish you all the best tomorrow on your ride.

I just googled our swim.  Looks like from the beach to the big flag pole is about 350m.
