Master 1275 Sonoma County, CA | Subject: RE: Work Situation I'm sorry, I still haven't got past the concept that your boss actually gathered this guyss peers together to talk about his work performance and disparage him in a group setting....that is the most (stealing welshy's word) deplorable action I have EVER heard of. It's disgusting and unethical. What your boss did was wrong and beneath contempt. I would never ever EVER stay in a company where that kind of action was actually allowed and tolerated. My God, there has to be some kind of labor law that was broken...discussing someone else's work performance with a group of his peers????? WTF! It's mind boggling. I've been a manager for over10 years and would never, ever EVER do anything like that. And if I did, my ass would be on the street so fast I wouldn't know what hit me.
