Please double check the chart.  Especially the # of Ironmans.

And Lets try to keep the Race Goal to 1 or 2 words.  And preferably a time, finish, or qualify.

Good Luck everyone, "plan your race and race your plan!"- full name: CHRIS GEIST- bib number: 1206- race goal: GOOD DAY = 10:30 (target goal)- super double secret race goal: 9:59 and qualify for Kona- This is Ironman #1. I know the goal looks lofty especially for my first IM, but its within my reach.The best advise I got was: "the race doesn't start until the marathon" and "prepare yourself as much to have a GREAT race as you would to have a bad race"

I am so wishing I was there in Louisville with you guys!  90+ pages of IMKY discussion built some good friendships among you all.  Make sure you take lots of pictures before, during and after the race.  We will be cheering you guys on so if you need some encouragement during the race, just think about all the folks on-line who are supporting you all virtually.

I know pre-race jitters will be running high but try to relax and enjoy the experience.  Remember, it's just a race, it's not like you're storming the beach at Normandy!  :-)

The money is in the bank, you trained hard and you made it to the strarting line and that, in and of itself, is a tremendous accomplishment!  Now have fun and enjoy the fruit of your labor!!
