Subject: RE: Merrymound's Group -- Closed Up and Ready to GoWow, nice workout for a Monday! I spent 30 minutes on the elliptical yesterday and also started the 100 Pushups and 200 Situps Program. I was able to do 75 situps and 27 pushups without stopping ![](https://beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/images/emoticons/smile.gif) I promised my 5 yr old we would go to the Y tonight (she loves the childcare room for some reason ) so I will be running on the treadmill 4.5 miles.
