[email protected] - 2010-03-23 11:55 AM 2150 yards this morning.  My first swim this week.  Looking to go for two weeks in a row of 3 swims.  Next plan is on Thursdya

Nice yardage.  What kind of swim sets do you normally do, sprint, distance, drill, or combo of this?

I've been checking out ppl's logs to try to get some ideas of some new sets.

It's mid-week, how is everyone looking so far this week?

Planned swim at lunch, but had a brutal morning workout today, so I am going to see if I can even stand at lunch to get to the pool, will be an easy set today if I do.  If not, then tomorrow and Masters on Saturday.

You?

Two swim this week.  Going to get an OWS Saturday to make it two weeks in a row of three swims.  I am slow but steady!

Can't wait for it to be warm enough here for an OWS, we have a couple of months before that is going to happen!

Nice 2 weeks, I go for my third tomorrow too.
