Windsor Triathlon Club (Page 2)

Hi there,

Hope you don`t mind me asking for your help.    We are going to be in Windsor on Thursday and leaving Friday morning but was hoping to get in either a late afternoon swim on Thursday OR an early morning swim on Friday, followed by a run.   Can you recommend a good pool in the area.   We will be staying right in the middle of Windsor I think, at a Comfort Inn.

Here is the adult swim times for city of windsor. I swim at Adie Knox. Not many people there in the morning. Water world keeps the water temp to high for me.

If you want to run after, just out the front door of Adie Knox is Curry Ave. Take it North 3 blocks to the riverfront and turn to the right and take the path along the water. Have fun.
