I just ordered a pair of Cw ventilator tights. I haven't tried compression tights but I may have to invest. You alll rave so much about them.

Morning Ghouls. I got a nice, hilly run in this morning and am now hanging at Barnes & Noble. Cleaning lady is at the house and I want to stay out of her way. Nice music, a hot latte, and hanging in the village. Pretty darn good for a Wednesday morning.

BTW, I think I have 22 or 23 runs in for September. Abs will be a challenge. I am not so good about doing core work.
