jknapman - 2006-03-01 12:58 PM I gotta learn me to make some of those.

All is takes is a boring job, a good ear (to hear when you boss is coming), and a quick hand to switch your screen to work you should be doing

Hooooooooooowzit everyone!

Count me in for 110M, will do my best, I can't do anything inside (unless I ride around in circles in the living room) so mine while be outside miles. Pray for good weather this South African is a warm weather man.

Let's go! By the way I am working this weekend so I will be slow out of the gates - no worries!

The problem with alt + tab is I usually have a bunch of windows and programs open with things i shouoldn't be doing so I have become quite good at quick point and clicks to the start bar to bring up open programs I should be working on... I'm much more of a slacker then you might think ...

Welcome to the team! I think that I tenitivly (spelling?) put you down for 100 miles in the spreadsheet so I'll change it...

On another note, I got in an hour tonight on the new trainer. I rented 24 and thought that watching tv would help me get through the ride. It was awesome. I've never seen an episode so I'm starting from season 1 hour 1. Cool concept for a show. Anyways, take it easy people and happy riding

I'm not in on this challenge (argh broken arm) but I wanted to wish you all the best of luck.  Get in some good training and meet those goals.  I'll be cheering/watching from the sidelines.

Hey guys,

Gotta revise my goal for this challenge. I've just got too much on my plate this month. Can you change me to 6 hours? If I go over, I go over, but I just can't see that I'll have time to promise more than that.

Thanks.. Allison

Well Elly,

You could take part if you take it easy with the arm, there is always stationary bikes that can do the trick.... if you decide to join great, if not then Hopefully we will see you on the next challenge.

BTW nice spreadsheet Global.

I love running, its the major reason I have a hard time training on the bike and the swim. I feel that I should go out running instead of that if it is a nice day.

Oh, Elly, I have been watching the 1999 and 2000 tour de france, trying to get the gumption to ride, well I noticed a guy finished a bike ride with his collarbone broken in 3 places. Now, if he can do that, I think, you should be able to ride with a measly broken arm

Well, ok, I can't say nothing, I just have a broken will!
