After seeing my race photos... YIKES. Something's gotta change. (I don't identify with the girl they caught on film!!) So, I'm aiming to lose 30lbs. This will take me from being borderline obese (according to my BMI) to within a "healthy" zone. Funny... I feel fit & strong. But I definitely don't look it.
