Tiffanator - 2012-07-03 9:14 AM Ok, I've filled out my info so far. I think I did it all right. 67.15 miles of 300 done! I think I'll take today off biking, ran 4 miles this morning and will probably swim later, but I celebrate my 1 year anniversary of my first ride on my tri bike tomorrow and I'm off work, so who knows what I'll end up doing. 25 miles for sure, maybe more!

Happy anniversary! Have a fun ride tomorrow!

YEEEEEEEEEES! Cat put me on the winning team (both TdF and the Challenge) I love you I love you I love you! That is Cat, and ALL of you ... I really do know you all and love you dearly!

Boing boing boing boing {MELON PRESS} for all!

Wiggo. Cavendish. Boasson Hagen. Richie Porte, a former triathlete!!! TOUR DE CHAMPION PIGLETS!

Hey- no fair handing out melon presses. That's an unfair advantage- hehe. I think a new rule needs to be made- No handing out melon presses to team members in order to encourage them to ride- lol. Shelly

Melon presses cannot be regulated nor limited!  Bwahahahahaha!

You have a spooky way about your TdF predictions ... that's all I'm gonna say ... and I'm gonna start picking who you pick

Super T.I.T.S. there!

Four for four for me so far. Say that fast four times in a row.

wgraves7582 - 2012-07-04 7:23 AM Kitting up and heading out shortly for today's Independence Day Stage - it is going to be a sprinters stage today minus the speed - I did my hill workout yesterday on a single speed so I am taking it easy!

Have fun Bill! Nice hill work. If you PM me your e-mail I can send you the spreadsheet. It worked e-mailing it to my personal e-mail.

Thanks Robin - PM sent

Back from my Independence Day Breakfast Ride (wasn't supposed to be breakfast buy my buddy offered to buy and I could not turn down 4th of July French Toast (the only thing French besides Fries that I like ) and a slab of ham.

We got some funny looks from the retired car plant workers in our bike gear.  My buddy goes oh man my hair is messed up and I replied - they are not going to be looking at your hair in these outfits!!!

Hah! Sounds like a nice morning! Sent you an e-mail. Hope it works. I am off to the lake then we are cooking out with friends then sitting on the porch ... or the dock if we are brave, to watch the fireworks!

Got a stage in today, only 12 miles but it is better than nothin!

Whew! 30 miles this morning, quick shower, shoved down some food then went to help a friend put fascia, drip edge and roofing felt on half his shed roof... His 20 foot by 30 foot shed. It was a cool 97 with no shade. I'm a tired little puppy. Good job on the rides everyone!

another stage in the bag and logged. 52 mins at an average of 20kph which is a PR for me. Long undulating route with few flat sections.

Enjoyed my T.i.T.S  After the thunderstorms, the sun came out and i rode through beautiful evening susnshine.

SIX FOR SIX

Minimum riding for me today (15min). Extremely tired and no appetite (and for me no appetite is a verrrrry bad sign) so needed to take it very easy.

I rode 45min with the Tour piglets today.

The last 15 of it was with no shorts whatever on.

How's that for chat-inducing? Or maybe that's just a crickets Surprised

Pics or it didn't happen!

I got in another 25 miles with a friend this morning. He told me we were starting at 6, so
I got to the trail a little before 6, he arrived shortly after then took FOREVER to get ready.
Haha. I ended up making it to work right at 8, but made it. I think that's about 122 miles for
me this week, which is the most I've ever done! Wooo! And I have a 45 mile ride Sunday.
I'm really hoping I'll have to up my goal mileage.

wgraves7582 - 2012-07-07 12:06 AM Pictures or I don't believe it

I was seriously thinking about taking pictures. What I'm going to do instead is do a Skype session doing that with David Greenfield (my fitter and like a trainer/coach) watching and I'm sure he'll get some screen captures, and I'll probably get video at the same time.

It is actually really educational to see exactly where everything goes on the saddle. I also learned it's better to ride sans shorts than it is with shorts that are too big and bunching up at exactly the places you need them to be perfectly smooth and fitted.
