Good Start Everyone , Donto has put up the results for week 1. We are well positionned into a three way tie.
Stay motivated and keep up the good workouts rolling.

Personally After week 1 i am:
Bike 10/120
Run 28.3/60
Swim 0/10000

I was tapering last week for my first marathon and will be going very easy this week . I plan to swim and bike this week but not looking to catch up until next week. I am ahead in the run so it should even out later this month.

Welcome to Benihana and jerryrika and joblin to the awsome BLUE TEAM .

Hey everybody...looks like we are off to a good start. Keep up the good work.

I am just coming back off of a long break. I got burned out on all this exercise within the last 3 months of 2006. October was a 88km triathlon, November was a 50km bike race and December was a full marathon...I was tired and am just now getting to where I feel like training again. I don't forsee any problems with completing my goals...just going to take it one day at a time and not rush anything. Good luck everybody.

Hey Paul-

Would you mind posting the Blue team spreadsheet so we can see how we are all doing individually and as a team on one sheet.

I got over being sick and had a good 60 minute swim yesterday.  Still behind but will catch up quickly.  Feeling responsible that we are not in first because I had such a dismal start...I plan to correct that in short order.

GO BLUE!

Certainly that s a good idea see below for the spreadsheet , I just got it yesterday from DONTO . Very Nice of him to set all that up. Also Donto made a correction to Yellows which lowered them a little . So Their boast yesterday was a little premature .

PM if you see any errors or if you need/want to adjust your goals for the month. We can still do that.

I Did some stationary bike today and it went well. My quads are still sore from running sunday and I have 4 large blisters that need to heal . I will wait for them before i hit the pool.

GO FIRST PLACE BLUE TEAM !

Why is it only bike plus run on the spreadsheet?

Is the swimming not included?

Just wondering

Paul-

I would like to change my swim challenge from minutes to yards.  It is the same workout but I seem to be moving faster and dont need the estimated time in the workout schedule to get the required distance in.  Total yardage for the month: 28125

Thanks

van_paulus,

I was just going though the spreadsheet and noticed a mistake with my goal. My run goal is 100km...the spreadsheet has it listed at 120km. After making the change, that puts our Average % of Goal to 14.28% and our Team combined percentage to 7.14%...in other words, we should be in the lead for week 1

Could you make the change your your end so that my run goal shows up correctly.

Thanks.

I hate to say this guys, but my goals are also wrong.  Mine should be 12,000 swim, 300 bike, 75 run.  I changed my goals in post number four of this thread.  Don't know what that's gonna do to the standings, but if you could change that for me, I'd appreciate it.  Thanks!

Well I'm getting back on track ... I just had an amazing run!  I've had a few crappy runs lately and needed a nice fast one like this to get me back on track... I hope everyone has had a great start to the week.

Nothing to be sorry about guys...just think about it...if the spreadsheet was right from the beginning, we would be right where we are now...it just lets us know that we have to work a little harder to take the lead this week...which we are going to do anyways.

Go BLUE!!!
