Only to find that the entire monster team has fallen asleep because it took forever for the other teams to finally arrive!! So when you do arrive, please be kind and be quiet so as not to wake the hard running monster team from their well deserved nap. The rest took theirs during the competition and got left behind!!! I'm running in the Denver Half Marathon in 12 days. So, I'm kinda on a taper, but I'm in for 60 miles this month. My goal is to get faster. I've got my sites on a HIM next August and I want to run the run portion at a 7 min mile pace. Lots of training between now and then! Let's run! BTW, I'm not sure who that Spokes guy is, but that picture of donuts he posted was just too funny! Catch me if you can! |

Mileage for any late entrants will be counted from the beginning of October so goals should be set taking this into account!
