I dont know that I would want 12 weeks. Mydaughter has 12 weeks off--I think maybe 8 would be about right. Long enough to really recuperate from the school year, and just long enough to start getting lazy, then time to get back in the groove and get ready for the new year. I'm still trying to get my boy ready for the new school year--and he's already on his 3rd day back. 

I hope your day goes by quickly. Carnivals can be fun, I was a little green until you mentioned bingo. That could be fun, too, though. 

Ok, I am leaving the village to go get a run in.

I think it will be harder to get mine back in the school groove this year than it has been in the past. Both kids realize now that school gets in the way of them having fun. I keep reminding them though that they do get to see their friends in school, and they get away from each other for a couple of hours.

Ann - glad to know the SIL continues to do well.  Yeah it will be hard on the 18 month old.  And, why unpack when they are going to have to pack up again in just a couple of months?

Robin - continueing to send good juju your way.  Hope the family is all getting a chance to say their goodbyes.

Amy - Ah, one child must be in year round schooling and the other is on the non-year round.  That must be crazy when it comes to working out vacations.  Hopefully some of them breaks throughout the year coincide.

Kim - I'm sure you would do awesome swimming for Bill.  Melissa just outshines all of us in this area.  We will blame it on her youth.

Bill - come visit more often

Melissa - ah, man friends.  What would we do without them?  Have a great trip and visit.  Their should be cornfields now.  If you don't see any, make Neal take you to some.  They go on forever.

They didn't take much to the new place, most of it got packed up to be sent to Hawaii. They still have some things though like clothes, and some kitchen supplies, a few things to occupy the kids, and stuff like that.

Hi there IRONPRINCESS!  How are the legs?

Legs are okay...I'm super tired though.

Hardly surprising. You put it all on the line for 14 hours. If you weren't tired you'd be kicking yourself for not pushing harder. It was great fun tracking you, but I must admit the panic was setting in on your last bike split. I didn't know IMLive had gone down, only that you should have been in T2 and you weren't. Pretty amazing all in all.

Haha. Ya, it worried Neal a bit too. I got some messages from him about the lack of IMlive tracking info.

Today is probably the most tired I have felt. I just finished packing up all my stuff to pack it into the car tomorrow morning and now I am lying around watching tv. I could definitely fall asleep quite easily. Haha.

Dang, and I thought I was protecting you and Neal (hoping that you'd assume I'd headed out for something and just hadn't sent a text.) I did text Ann so that I'd have a worry buddy.  Oh well, so glad it was all for naught. The IRONPRINCESS was rocking it. 

Ya but then I'll be up at like 4am....:S haha. And I've got a long drive to do the next 2 days and some SHOPPING this weekend in Vegas! Haha
