Love the chart.  Nice work everyone in the GREEN!!!

The run will be my challenge, as usual - but swimming tomorrow and friday morning.  Tonight will spin/run brick at the gym and Thursday will spin/run if raining or pick the one I need most time on if sunny - Raining here today.

Well now I don't know what to do because my foot is #%#$#ed!! I am SO mad today that I actually have steam coming out my ears.  I went for a pedicure yesterday and the gal that did it had peeled a layer of skin from my foot. It's right where I had surgery many years ago and it's right on the bone.  I am trying to heal it ASAP because I have a race this coming Monday but right now I cannot get into shoes.  Buggers! JAOPeUOUEOU#U$(#$#)(*$(#)()U(!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a bummer!  Hope you feel better quick and even though you feel like it, please refrain from firebombing the nail salon.

roni_runnw - 2008-05-20 10:24 AM Love the chart Jim! Congratulations to everyone who is in the green!! I'm actively working on increasing my standing. Got in an hour swim last night, and have another hour swim and a 1/2 hour run on schedule tonight. Go Westies!!!!!!!
Congrats to everyone doing so well...I have an 8 mile run and 15 mile bike tonight and I did 2600 in the pool yesterday, five mile run, and a ten mile bike. So what I've learned? Don't overestimate. I am screwed by my goals...16500 yards/175 miles/100 miles....I'm trying.

hey...as long as you are putting in effort..that is all we can ask! I have done that...just remember next goal that you can always up the miles/meters but you can not make them go away...unless you actually do them...or get injured or sick. Go as hard as you can...we appreciate whatever you can do before the months end! KIU!

Did you change your screen name?  I was looking for you on the chart and could find you.  Maybe I just need new glasses

I did change it! Hehhe. It's much better. Now I'm not mistaken as Scott that dude from Seattle that talks funny.

My boss gave me some wonderful skin over cuts thing and right now it's soothing it nicely.  Already starting to scab up and it looks smaller and better than this morning.  Still haven't put on shoes however but my boss said I am a whiney beyatch and that I have to suck it up.  She recommended covering it, getting my running shoes on and running for 10 minutes.  So ok.  I'l do that. I am a wee whiney wummin I guess. Can't handle that nor arse boils.

I still don't know what to do about complaining.  It's just that it's the same gal that cut my hair and I don't want to get her into trouble but I paid $20 for it!!!!!!!!  What should I do? What should I say?  I really hate things like this!!

 HELLLP!

I am going to inspire everyone later. Safari on the Mac won't let me. Pants.

I am about 30 minutes low on the run and 1 strength session short of where I am supposed to be right now and a bit over on the bike, I will be there by May 31, but not much if any sooner.

Percentages of monthly training always look better when races and recovery weeks come the last week of the month instead of early Undecided

Whew - I realized that I hadn't entered my Sunday swim yet for this week, so I'm not as far behind as I thought! I'm up to about 61% done after my killer workout today (strength, short run, swimming).

Aaack, they cancelled the swim portion of my race for this weekend! Now it is a duathlon. I felt I at least had a bit of an edge in the swim, but I am completely disadvantaged at running. Instead of taking it easy tomorrow, I have to go out and give my hardest-ever two miles, and make it a brick with the bike, just to see if I can do it. DD and I have been planning this race as a team for two months. She will do the final running leg. I know I can accomplish this, I just want to be as fast as I can for DDs sake.

Phooey, I hate it when other people change my mind.
