wow Kim I saw that on the news ~ how sad to hear that three people died.

I hope you and Ann will pass on some swimming mojo to me~ I truly DREAD hitting the pool!!! putting it off til it warms up! like July! and if you only ate cookies Kudos to you! After swimming I have the most TREMENDOUS appetite. I want to eat everything in my sight!!! and then some!! why is that???

I have the same problem with swimming. But it happens whether the pool is hot or cold. Maybe it's becaue it's more of a full body exercise? I also get reallllly sleepy. Like right now. I swam a teensy little bit today, and all day I have been having wild cravings for all things bad for me--potatoe chips, ice cream, sodas, etc. I only gave in on the ice cream and soda. And a burger at the drive-through.

Ann, It is Wednesday and I am still sick. I need you to come down and kick some butt.

You know, it was a good thing I went for a walk yesterday at lunch. I had planned on spending some quality time with my drainer last night, but when I got home I remembered I still had a few programs to write for my class, and they were due last night. I spent the next several hours writing programs, then I crashed.

Tonight is lifting heavy things, and either yoga or a drainer ride. Most likely it will be yoga since I had told my daughter we would do some with her last night, but then I couldn't.

Glad you got both the walk and the homework in! Now, you and the daughter will have fun tonight doing yoga.

I would LOVE you to kick their butts! Especially after today. Hanging around in the rain with them and lawyers while I am sick. NOT happy!

I am off. Hopefully I will be able to check in later.

I have a little chart here to help everyone decide if they should workout.

I like this chart.  Think I will have to print out several hundred and place them in all the strategic places that I go to when I want to not work out.

Robin, so sorry to hear that you are still sick.  I would imagine that going to a HW site in the rain when you are sick is not helping you to get better. 

Ann, have fun doing the yoga tonight with your daughter.  It is nice that she likes to do it with you.

Okay, this is the dead time of year at work.  Everyone is out shopping instead of going to the library.  I am not complaining.  It means that we can get caught up on all these little projects that have been hanging over our heads. 

And on that note, I am going to go and weed.

well that settles it ~ I will either start doing laps in the hot tub to keep my appetite down ~ or go take a bubble bath with lots of candles and try and undo the voodoo spell! or just not swim~ haha

not bad enough that you have to deal with haz mat facility ~ now lawyers and in the rain! hope that its a quick settlement ~ but I know how lawyers can be ~ especially if they are government employed ~ like for the EPA!!!! good luck Robin!
