Very, very muy simpatico with Bethie about the sloooow getting back into it. I'm much more hopeful now--my chiro is a wonderful athlete who ran for over 25 years--and although I did get thoroughly scolded she also pfffffted my fears about training, said I'd be up and going in no time.

I'm on the verge of losing my pretty pink stars again! Whatever shall I do! See me through this rite of passage, Nibs!

Nah, it's probably good for them.

Laugh all you want -- but don't spatter the monitor with soda.

Scott, you have a way with teenage girls--I'd send them your way but they'd probably make you hate anything resembling a female after that...We had an incredibly difficult ride to the dentists office with them bickering.  To the point that I insisted on complete silence on the ride home (thing 2 fell asleep which helped) It's a 40 minute ride made a whole lot longer with the nonsense going on between those two...

I feel your pain... (I am not encouraged though cuz mine are younger than yours)

it does get better! I promise

when? At this rate I'm thinking when they're out of the house and in their own places (which will no doubt be filthy since they can't be bothered to put anything away...)

hehe you dont need to save much, just enough for a rental deposit with friends so you can get away from your parents and realise how much you appreciate them

I would commiserate but my turn for whiny kids isn't up yet ... with any luck it'll be after my parents pass so they can't gloat ...

On a brighter note, I am still in Scott's pants
