After completing the training the well was much deeper. That's to say I was able to dig really deep down when fatigue set in. I'm still new to long course racing but my oly's were much faster and I felt extremely confident on the bike leg.
As my strength on the bike improved, I became more comfortable in the saddle and down low. Before the program I would accellerate and then coast. My efforts were mountains and valleys. I am now riding at consistant power output and much faster over the distance. The plan is in the second week of 'Getting the body ready' for the work ahead.
