It was short since it was only a warm-up to my very painful strength training session, but I wasn't going to pass up the opportunity. 2. It is the weekend and I am dying to know about Slugger's interview but now I'll probably have to wait until Monday. Unless Slugger works on Friday nights. Which she might. But I'm not sure. 3. I will not be running and/or posting much (if at all) for the next few days because I'll be busy
