Subject: RE: 100 pushups in 6 weeksI am currently in week two and just finished day 2. i am doing OK so far. I've been able to do at least 1 higher than the max on the last set of each...we'll see if I can continue that trend. After I reach this goal (hopefully in 6 weeks????? ) I am going to go for the 20 pull-ups (just saw that in a post above mine ). I love having these goals as they have been helping to keep me driven! I am also hoping to continue with the 3x a week push-ups. I think when I'm done with this (yeah, I know, it's a while off... ) I may go back a couple weeks and do that week continuously to help maintain (is that how you spell maynetaine  ) |
