Swim goal is a definite and I WILL make sure I get the runs in.....hoping SAnta brings me some cold weather gear as we have temps in the 20s for a high and 15+ inches of snow. The snowbanks are shoulder high so running on the roads is a little tricky!! |

We are having an open house for Christmas for our friends without family nearby. Should be fun. But I have a lot of cooking to do!!! |

It's a little device you blow into that measures how forcefully you can blow out. It would be a way to monitor Cole's asthma (at home) that he might actually have fun with and it would let you know when things are heading south. |

You are going to sweat with it in in a pool, though. I know what you mean about getting it on. When I was buying mine I had to try on about 5 or 6. That was a workout all by itself! haha |
