Subject: RE: Men's May Challenge ThreadGood morning team, Rough morning today... stayed up late to watch the finale of Lost (love that show! ). Then had trouble falling asleep. It's amazing how, as we get older, one night's lack of sleep really kicks your butt. I got a 1 hour trainer ride followed by a 1/2 hour treadmill run yesterday... followed by an hour nap. Hopefully I can get to bed early tonight so I can knock out my long run tomorrow morning. Lunchtime swim on the docket for today. I have my first race of the season on Saturday... A sprint in Sea Isle, NJ... can't wait! |
