Thanks! It was definately a big day in the lab yesterday. I was so frustrated last week, but everyone has been supportive and I have realised I am not going to be in trouble if I don't finish my whole project because they hadn't really expected me to finish it all this summer because of how complex it truely is. So, so tedious.

Math: I have been divorced from math for the past 5 yrs...we do not get along. Luckily there is some PhD somewhere in the states who's job it is to do the hard math and there is a biostatistician in NY who's job it is to interpret the hard math and determine significance...yay for not having to do hard math...

There is a saying in physiology that physiology is to hard for the physiologists...I've never really understood it until this project. The level of physics, math and chemistry involved is just ridiculous. Hahaa. All the guys who have published in this field are biomechanical engineers, biophysicists, etc. I basically read the introductions and then skip to discussion because the discussion of the methods and results is mind boggling! Maybe I should go get a degree in math and physics...or maybe I should just stick to medicine...haha...

Wear clothes! I sleep better with clothes on! Haha. I wake up more if not. But this could be me and getting distracted...maybe you don't get distracted...haha

Ok Ghouls, going to check out for now.  Need to wrap up a couple work projects and get out of here. Tonight I'm packing it up for the drive to the Cape tomorrow. Hanging out with friends Th/F then a sprint tri on Nantucket Saturday afternoon.  Probably won't be around much.  Have fun.

Wetsuits in the PNW...they're very good to have for everything but the occasional small lake.  Even some of those stay cold from underground streams and such.

Thanks.  Today at lunch I went to the store and bought baby powder, neosporine, Noxema, and Aquaphor.  They must have thought I had a baby with diaper rash at home :-).

Haha. Nice. We don't have aquaphor in Canada (well at least the last time I checked we didn't have it). My Aunt stocks up when she goes down to Montana. She used to have to stock up on Aleeve, but we finally got that up here.

It amazes me the things that you guys have that we don't...
