Love lemon flavored. We have a company here that makes a lemon frozen custard that is amazing. My mouth is watering now~ |

I'm listening to a podcast that a dj/runner puts together. Each podcast has a set beat per minute to go with your workout and is about an hour long. The podcasts vary from slower for runners like me to faster for the speedy folks. I also like to listen to it when I'm skiing. Anyway. Check out DJ Steveboy's podcast PODRUNNER. The BPM concept is really neat. Where can I find that podcast? |

I hadn't even noticed. I was about to head out since I should have left 40 minutes ago but I can't leave when I am this close. Tell us about your plans for the evening? Busy evening. I have a sprinkler or something that is leaking into my neighbor's yard that I need to fix, I have an appointment at 8, an hours worth of reading that I need to do and I still have to get my run in. Plus all the other misc annoying things like dinner and washing the workout clothes so I can make them all sweaty again tomorrow. What are you preping for dinner? No idea what we're having at this point. It'll probably be something quick and easy since my wife is currently teaching piano and then we'll be heading to our appointment. It'll be another late dinner tonight. Its been mexican the last two nights but I'm still craving that tasty mexican dish I mentioned earlier. He was one of the early ones doing this type of thing. Others have tried copying it but I like his mix the best. |
