It is my "Friday". That is the good news. Bad news: I have a ton of work to get through tonight then I have to go to a political function with the DH.

We finally have a day without rain. It is to be sunny, and 67 today! WOOHOO! My husband is going to mow the lawn tonight while I take our son to soccer practice. I'm going to walk laps around the park while he plays soccer.\

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!

Yee ha for sunny and warm. It is supposed to be fantastic today then Friday and Sat- the days I planned to work in the yard- dangerous thunderstorms and possible tornadoes.

Figures.

Ugh. Sounds like a couple of good days to curl up on a comfy chair with a good book and a glass or bottle of wine.

Probably more like scrape paint with a glass or bottle of wine.

WHAT a CRAZY week!!!  but im feeling much more on top of everything and getting in the groove. ive met ALL my new clients which gives me a better idea what the next few months will have in store for me.  

always helps to have some clarity.

i have KID FREE WEEKEND.  

WHOOP.

though i have to be honest.  part of me is super silly excited to have some quiet/me time....but then theres part of me that is dreading being alone.

ever since the D. (not that it happens all that often) i HATE being in the house by myself.

funny since before i would BEG for some alone time.

i dunno.  something to work through i guess.

DEx told me that he's taking the boys on vacation from Aug 13 - 20.  im already DREADING that too.  more so since im assuming he is taking him to the beach where we went as a family.
