How is everyone doing on the 12 days challenge?

Out of the challenge but am still training 6 days a week, look out rock n roll marathon and look out IMKY!

sadly I'm out of the challenge...I started training new folks and 12-14 hour days along with 3 hours a day in the car has me beat.

I did have a recent bday (significant because now I'm in a new age group) and my lovely wife bought me a garmin 610 w/hr monitor and bike cadence sensor

now I have to find the time to use it!

Merry Christmas to all my LRR friends!!! Sorry to be so absent lately. My daughter has been very ill in the hospital. I am grateful she is home and feeling better but I feel like a slug. No 12 days of Christmas for me.

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!!  Lena...wow....awesome cake!!  Keaton would have loved a cake like that!  He'd probably still love it at 15!

I have another finish line.  I did my first trail 50k.  Let me tell you...it was interesting....the longest trail run I had completed before this was 3.5 miles.  This trail run it was snowing, there was lots of mud...so much mud I could barely keep my footing....and water crossings....water up to your knees and hips!!  So 31 miles of that...but I finished!!!  

I have 6 days left in my 32 days of spinervals challenge.

I ran 50 miles this month!!!! So happy to finally be running again!!!

My last workout of the year was 2 hour spin class at high cadance serious work effort, followed by 1 hour core workout.  3950 calories burned in 3 hours.   One of my best workouts of the year. 

Wow Billy, another finishline, awesome.
