I took Airborne and Zycam and am heating some chicken soup. Weather is gnarly here today, so my run will be on the treadmill, if it happens at all. |

I've worked 80 hrs/week for 2 months, and just fell behind, anyway. So, I've decided to go back to a fairly normal/reasonable schedule. (Please remind me of this, if/when I start to put in all those extra hours again! LOL) Yay for BT! Yay for Nibbs! (Boo for too much work at werk!) |

Pam - here is the thing with eating well (and I should take my own advice because i am TOTALLY struggling at the moment... all emotional crap too) yuo have to have something bad, wipe of the crumbs and for the next meal just go back to the plan... Sometimes we eat junk... for WHATEVER reason... but all you can do is think positively... i.e "I really enjoyed those M&Ms. For my next meal I am going to make the CHOICE to eat healthy" Over simplified but do it often enough and it becomes about enjoying the occassional small treat and then not beating yourself up about it - just move right on. And accept that its your CHOICE what yuo eat... Stress eating is a tough thing but if you beat yourself up about it, you will only make the problem worse! |
