LOL!  That includes hauling the bike up the steps to my apartment, getting out of the biking layers, and trying to get out of a conversation with my roommate.

I haven't been on this thread in almost 2 days! Just awful. I have been slammed at work and I went out last night for a haircut and serving of wine with a friend. But I've been peachy. I did a speed workout yesterday and a trainer session today.
