Just found out to check dictionary - I am learning new stuff every day.

So sorry you don't have yellow smilies. I just wish I could figure out how to compress files so I could post pics. I am photoshop challenged.

What picture managing program do you use?

It is simple with Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Not sure about the others. Can you open your photo with Micro Pic Mgr?

If I'm using my Mac I don't have all the options I do when I use my pc. What browser are you using?

I always figured it was for members only

I have them on my training log I believe!

Well.. I am a member... but I don't have anything but blue ones in my training log.

Well, I don't seem to be able to post a pic of Blue Betty. There is a photo in my album though. I love riding her into town for a bagel or latte. You can't see it in the photo but she also has a bell. My roadie is in the house on the trainer and hoping to get some mountain biking in this weekend. I heart bikes in general.

To make matters worst I am really doubting my Arizona bike trip. I cannot see doing 500 miles on a bike in 5 days if I cannot mow the lawn for 2 hours without shear pain!

Guess I have to ask the Chiro next week!

Yes but it is still good to hear. So now I am reduced to lifting, swimming, and aqua jogging. I can do the elliptical but have I told you have much disdain I have for elliptical machines!!!!!!

Cool bike Kim. I would die on the hills in my area on a cruiser but if I ever move flatter I am picking up a 3 speed for giggles.

You should see the tandem my buddy picked up - just like blue but longer and older. I tried talking him into a group ride on it but he chickened out!

Ohhh. I'd love to try riding a tandem. I hear you on the hills. There is one hill into town that is a little tough going up, but great fun going down. It really was a bike splurge as my mtn bike has spd's with a flat side that I can ride with regular shoes. Just something about having a "girlie" bike that makes me giggle.

What don't you like about ST?

You should look into the crossfit way of doing it - you would kill that!

takes up TIME id rather give to cardio.

and i find it to be BORING AS HELL. [the repetition, the pace, the et al]

We are doing alright today. 14 pages and it is only 1:30 (est) - I am gone at 3:30 so you guys hold the fort down this evening.
