Subject: RE: Ghoulies are getting stronger hearts, bodies, and minds in January!Good evening Ghoulies. I'm finally home and get to get off my feet. The Farm Show was crazy today. I think we had to park in Ohio to take a shuttle bus there. No kidding, we parked in a parking lot miles away, this is the first time they had to use that lot, they were so busy. We got there, paid $10 to park, and saw how HUGE the line was to get on the shuttle. My husband hasn't been feeling well and he asked everyone if they'd be ok with just going home. We said that was fine. There had to be at least 10 buses worth of people in line, we had no desire to stand outside and wait that long. We looped around up the hill to get out, and in that parking lot was a bus just starting to load. My husband said if we can get on the bus we'll go. He parked quick and we moved as fast as we could. We were the last 4 people on the bus and my daughter had to sit on my lap. We walked around and looked at the animals, my son got a some major drool from a cow wiped on his sweatshirt, he wasn't happy about that. Before we left I enjoyed a most delicious chocolate milkshake. On the way out we got in line to get on a bus back to our parking lot. We got on the bus and they let 4 more people on after us and we headed home. My husband dropped my son and I off at my car, and we headed past our house to run to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for him. I think I told you before that we listen to a lot of music in our house. Driving to the pharmacy my son and I were belting out American Pie, and Holding Out For A Hero. When we got home I fed the kiddos and took them to my daughter to her basketball practice. My son didn't want to play basketball but he went along to practice. He played basketball the entire time. So we are signing him up for basketball tomorrow. We're home now, gotta put the kiddos to bed in a minute. Sleep tight Ghoulies! |
