Definitely feeling all the hills at the end. Managed to get the run in before the monsoon started. Here's the plan for the rest of the week: Wed: going for a triple. Thursday: trainer, run Friday: give me another triple! Saturday: long ride, shooting for around 70 miles, 30 min t run afterward Sunday: long run, maybe around 10 miles Really need to get some quality weektime riding in, hopefully now that the days are getting longer I can squeeze a couple in before work. I'm worthless on the trainer. |
