I have a midday meeting... but that sound more like my yesterday... hand in there! And dont forget to eat.... Hey Cat, thanks! I actually did O.K., grabbed a quick bowl of chicken soup, an orange and some apple sauce. Pretty darn good for eating on the run. The work-place here is pretty progressive. They've got a fridge they keep stocked with fruits and veggies. They're trying to promote healthier snacking (since I do work for a food company). It's all on the house! It's great! That's really cool. I would love to have something like that. x2! although it's not free, my new company does have a very nice cafeteria with some good food choices, inlcuding a great salad bar it's pretty reasonable also |

My building is across the street from the hospital, so I could eat at the cafeteria there. For being a hospital, the food is not as healthy as I would hope. They have a salad bar, but it's not very good. I also find it funny that there is a McDonald's and Chikfila in the hospital. |

TOTAL SANDBAGGER, that Sal!!! One of our mentees had this great idea to have a mentor group challenge and Sal set his goals at like 50 yards of swimming, 4 miles on the bike and I think a hundred yard dash. Oh, look at me! I'm Sal! I met my goals before day 11 of the challenge . Yeah, OK, maybe I am jealous since I was overzealous on my running goal... And you can't seem to walk more than a few hundred yards without injuring yourself... Hey now, I have a valid excuse for my clumsiness! Plus, I am highly entertaining when I am falling down stairs and off of curbs . |

I must get up very early tomorrow. Can anyone tell me why, then, I am drinking wine? And by drinking wine I mean... a lot of it. Item #2: In reference to item #1, seriously, when I poured my wine (ummm... and then boy toy subsequently kept pouring)... is it a bad sign that I looked at the full glass and thought, immediately, of Kristen?
So Don't be silly. The wine was just for me. He knew he had that cheesecake thing covered by cleaning the house while I was away. He knows what this saucy minx really likes .

I live in North Carolina. Around here, they think fried pork rinds are healthy. In fact, a TV crew went to a local supermarket and asked why they didn't stock more "healthy fruits and vegetables." The store manager replied, "Because that's not what our customers buy." *sigh* But, on the bright side --> The store never runs out of Little Debbies! |
