I've worked 80 hrs/week for 2 months, and just fell behind, anyway. So, I've decided to go back to a fairly normal/reasonable schedule. (Please remind me of this, if/when I start to put in all those extra hours again! LOL) Yay for BT! Yay for Nibbs! (Boo for too much work at werk!) Dee!!! Im SO SO SO proud of you! Its nice to see you on BT during the day (even though Im not here) and you have been so much fun to chase around the challenge forum in the evenings! I hope that you gain back some sanity from the change |

Maybe not always. My husband's been really grumpy about work for the past few weeks. It's annoying. Seriously ... I think boys have far worse PMS than women do. [Nibbs rant] I feel like I'm suffering ... REALLY bad time of the month. I have a choice between this, or, if on hormonal birth control, having an unpredictable but severe migraine or two a month (will wipe me out for a day or two each). Every few years I swap options, forget how bad the other was, and swap back. YUCK!!!!! [/rant] |

The closest ive come to a solution is avoid salt and sugar in the lead up (hard because i get wicked cravings) and some light exercise... hard to get motivated when tired, crabby and in pain... When I couldnt take ibuprofen at all - well that was a killer because that at least took the edge off the cramps!

No wonder it gets ranty and whiny around here every third week or so! I'm getting ready to wash my daughter's hair, then I'm off to run on the treadmill. I'm dreading it, but I know I will feel so much better when it is over. |
