Champion 26509 Sydney | Subject: RE: Challenge Chat (aka Nibbs XV) - come join us :) Actually the job applicant thing might not be too bad.... happens a lot with jobs here because so many of the positions are so specialised and the industry pool not that deep so... you either get a couple of reasonably or well qualified people OR young'uns who want to take a leap into something (yes I realise Im a young'un) Basically 3 applicants is fine as long as one of them will fit and do the job!
