Went for a ride today with a friend, and the route that used to take me about 75 min, took +2 hours. I have really procrastinated way too much these past couple of years. Kevin That pretty much sums up my running. It's just a shade faster than my walking, and much more painful.... Did you see the racewalking during the Olympics? Kind of strange looking, but they were certainly moving quickly! |

There's certainly less impact than with running, but it looked to me almost like they were hyperextending their knees. (It was tough to tell from the camera angle though.) |

I'm afraid I might say something really naughty... (and not in a most delicious way, I'm afraid!!! I taught a cycle class this morning and did some ST already today and am heading out for a long ride in a bit. Perfect weather for riding... giddyup!

I have a 'clarifying' champoo... most major brands have a version of it and it stops my hair from: a) drying out b) turning green I also use a REALLY good conditioner in the shower as well as a leave in conditioner/detangler everytime I wash my hair And use a swim cap in the pool... they are annoying but it took my AGES to get my hair 'presentable' again so.... ive been using this strategy for a few years and its served me well (even though I havent been in the pool much this year!)
