Dragged my husband to spin class this morning - boy was that fun! It kicked me in the you know what but felt great. Swam with the kids in the pool after and still need to shovel the slush off my driveway before my brother arrives. Only 2 more rides to go to make that goal which won't be a problem. I'll probably pass my run goal tomorrow too.

Off to make 4 kinds of biscotti for an afternoon project!

Never doubt the resolve of a woman in her 50s...I went long today too! 12.5 lovely miles under 35 degree overcast skies.  So happy the frozen stuff held off.  Vixens will win this!!!

Great!  You will do it!  I have one run session left and then I will be OVER on both of my goals.  Woot!  No joke...if it weren't for this challenge team being so strong I never would have got that many training sessions in this month.  So stoked!

Have to say the resolve of this team is awesome, we are so going to win this challenge.  got another hour on the bike and a 20 minute run in.  Tomorrow a shorter bike ride, a longer run and a trip to the pool for some laps on the books.  I am determined to keep the commitment to this team and meet my goals.

OK, these Elves are really irritating me... so even though I SO didn't want to work out today I did a short run just to max out my run goal for the month.

good job corstan!

I just updated my line on the sheet after a 3.25 mile run on the 'mill at the Y.  Ok, so I haven't done anything since the 23rd, but still...

Looks like we are doing well as a team, however, there is a team that shall not be named that appears to have one person holding them back - hope (for our sake) that individual has kept their log up to date and just hasn't done their stuff.  HOWEVER, we should just do ours and everyone be at 105% and its not an issue....

have a good day folks.

Well, here is the last Sunday update of the Du-December Challenge!  Hopefully everyone had a great holiday and got in their workouts!  (and not too, too much food...)  The smack talk has turned up in the last week or so, how about those results...  Drum roll please....  the standings with 4 days left to go are as follows:

89.7% Vixens Revisited
81.3% Frostbite Force
78.6% Evil Elves
70.4% Christmas Cookies

Get your workouts in and get them logged!  The sprint to the finish is here!  Team captains, please stay in touch if there are illness, injuries, etc on your teams!

Hmmm... so the Evil Elves should have opted for more training and less chatter?

Way to stay strong VIXENS!
