Evening Ghoulies.  Semi-long day.  Was in the pool at 5:20am and at work by 7:30am.  Just got home and have fed the fur people.  Going to get in the jammies, have some dinner and call it an early night.  Wish I could stay awake for BL finale, but not going to happen.

BTW, I noticed a work colleague (male) has longer fingernails than I do (mine are semi-short, if I was a mani/pedi gal they would be average.)  Don't know why, but it gave me the *willies.*

Man, I was all settled in to watch the finale.  I turn on the tv and find the storm has knocked my direct tv out.  Grrr!

LOL   ...   I didn't catch that!  I was SO impressed, Robin.  However, I am still impressed by your run coming off such an awful bout of sickness! 

My run today was sunny but cold.  22*F  .... not  quite Melissa's standards but certainly cold enough for me. 

I tried breathing thru a cotton kerchief, but it really bugged me.  I finally gave up on it and just hope that my lungs won't react too badly to the cold air.  Feel pretty good tonight, but I will have some herbal tea just in case.

that makes me tired just reading bout your day.

seriously though, if you both  get a chance to watch the final three reveal - UN FREAKING BELIEVABLE!

Good morning ghoulies!

I woke up today fully intending to go into work.  Got down to the front door and found a 5 foot tall snowdrift blocking me in.  I managed to push the door open far enough to squeeze out, climbed over the drift and then saw how bad of shape the parking lot was in.  I'm not getting out till they plow.  It's still snowing and blowing something fierce.  Back to bed I guess!

speaking of WILD weather....it poured and poured last night...and the WIND.  WOW!  but mild in comparison to whats coming down the pike from what i read.

I'll watch it on hulu in a week.  And yeah, I just turned on the tv to see if the cable was back on and the local news was doing a segment on the finale.  Seriously the first words I heard were "and the winner of the biggest loser finale was...."  I couldn't get the channel changed fast enough.

the plan is to get a 6 mile run in...i was supposed to meet my friend at 11:45 to run, but im thinking w the wild weather she will opt to run the gym at the Y....thats 66 times around the gym (the indoor track is overhead) id frigging go out of my mind!!!!

i told her id rather face the wind and rain than run around the gym and feel like a gerbil.  more power to her.

so the plan (as long as she backs out of our original plan) is to run early, and then head up to the Y to get a ST session in that i didnt do yesturday.

i need to squeeze in my chiropractor appt in there somewhere - its scheduled at 12:30.

wish i could goof off again today, but alas, time to get a crack a lacking.

oh man that BLOWS...especially when you wanted to be 'surprised'...

im constantly AMAZED...the TRANSFORMATIONS are getting more and more dramatic every season.

whats uber cool is that the contestants do it with lots and lots of persistence, consistency, and hard work.

there is always a way THROUGH, always.

there is always a way to TRANSFORM your life, always.

youre never ever ever stuck, ever.

you POSESS the power to change. 

each of the BL contestants (the winner and runners up) has proven that BIG TIME!

Good morning Ghoulies!!!

I had my interview yesterday. I honestly have no idea how it went. 2 of my friends interviewed as well and they weren't sure how they did either. I did what I could and now I'll just have to wait.

They were running behind so I didn't even get home until almost 6. I ran 4 miles in the dark last night. It was nice, I had never done that before.
