mndymond - 2010-10-06 5:02 PM So...I'm kinda freaking out about this whole marathon thing right now...

Debating if I have run enough...have the legs...can finish...I'm forcing myself to follow the original taper plan...no adding extra runs...will not help...but in my mind it will help...

Anyways...I just started thinking about this while studying nutrition stuff. Fun..

Just go out and do the best you can do with the training that you've done.  Adding miles to the plan will only hurt you at this point.

Besides, I have no doubt you've done enough.  You're gonna do great!

Good evening ghoulies.

I had a decent run this afternoon.  Time to cook dinner and then another p90x workout is on tap.  Should be an exciting evening

Nice run IronNeal. You are a speedy devil. Anxious to hear what you think about p90x. BTW, very cool that your mom bought you a new set.

Good evening Ghoulies!

I had a good 8 mile run this evening. I got to the soccer fields about 10 minutes before the rain started.

Oh I tried new socks tonight, too. I don't think they are marathon socks. I will give them the real test on Friday, we shall see. I may still be on the search for marathon running socks. There is a Nike outlet about 1:15 from here, but really don't know when I'd have the time to run all that way with my fingers crossed that they'd have the socks I want.

I got a nice bike ride in.  Did a loop over some hills.  Only about 9 miles but the hills made it a workout.

Then I went for a jog for almost 3 1/2  miles.  I thought I had figured out 3.5 but went I went to log it, I was a tad short.

True. I thought I needed to work on my post count.

Working on your post count is a good thing. Maybe you could post some amusing pictures for us, or tell us a scary Halloween story.

Good suggestions. I will think about potential stories on my run.

How did your run go Kim?  Did you come up with a story for us?

I hope your cats forgive you soon for the trip to the vet.
