I just got my first yoga session in today. I better get on the ball! I don't want to post an azzatar.

I did yoga, and some balance games on the Wii this morning. Getting ready to go to my daughter's basketball game soon.

Hey guys! Happy Sat! I was content in being lazy this morning before my bike..then I got a phone call from my Dad. He had a flat and needed the big jack from home. So I had to drive it out to him. I guess it is payback for all the times he has had to come and rescue me? Haha. Just showered to meet a friend for coffee and then I'm supposed to go watch some hockey...but I might just come home post friend to do the bike that was missed this morning due to laziness and car trouble! Have a good afternoon everyone!

They are calling for mid 40's here today. I'm hoping to get at least a mile walk in today, the groin is feeling better. I'll be doing yoga today as well.

We are to be in the low 60s today!!! I am headed out for some yard work now then a MB ride at the Biltmore Estate with good friends. Which means, of course, a little wine tasting after.

It's 45 degrees here today!  I got to go for a run and splash around in all the puddles from the melting snow

Greetings Ghouligans. I've been awol for a few weeks. I got hit with the *life hammer* after getting back from vacation and am just now surfacing for air. Have missed you guys.

Got a nice short, muddy MT bike ride in, follwed by wine tasting and Mexi food. I am sore. There are muscles that are only used when you rake.

In other news.. It is another beautiful day here and I am staring out the window at it. If I can get a few things off my desk I may call my boss and call in well.

I got yard work to do.
I have some hills I had better run.

It's 50 here today, both temp and wind speeds. The winds are supposed to die down this morning. I want to walk the pups this evening so I'm hoping it's not that windy out.

That would be a nice walk without the wind. I HATE wind!

I'm not a fan of it either. I remember going out on my bike last spring when it was pretty windy. I had planned a 20+ mile ride, but only did 8 because I was getting beat up so bad I just went home.

Remember all the crates of books I got at work on Friday?  Well, my back is still remembering them.  Saturday morning it started spazzing and has calmed down a lot, but still not back to normal.  Missed riding on the motorcycle and playing tennis this weekend.  Dang.

I like singles. I'm just sayin'.
