Hey Ann. It was interesting. Five women in addition to my mom and I. The DH served wine and there were at least 6 different conversations at one time. It had to have sounded like a chicken coop at feeding time.

I'm not sure if we'll be there Thursday or Friday now. My son is really trying to convince me to leave Friday. He doesn't want to miss his Jiu Jitsu class. I'm happy he is so enthusiastic, so I'll have to let you know once we all talk about it.

Yes, it does. You have no idea how happy it makes me that he likes it. At first it was just for the summer, until soccer started back up in the fall. If he sticks with it he should get his next belt around November, so now he's asking if he can do Jiu Jitsu and soccer. I told him I would try to make it work.

Hubby's surgery went well yesterday.  He is now home recuperating.  I'm doing a partial day in the office and then working from home later today.  Hoping to get a workout in this evening.  I'm scheduled with the trainer, so I know I'll be doing strength.

Today's going to be a kind of stressful waiting game for me, as I wait for a phone call from DC regarding a guy I have at his interview. If he passes, that's three new nuclear officers in three months for me. I think I'll need a lunch-time run to destress a bit.
