I've recovered nicely from IMAZ, but it's a really good thing that I've got oodles of time to sit on the couch and recover from Vegas.  My liver hates me. 

Good evening Yanti.  I like the white chocolate and cashews in bed idea a lot better than biking and running.

I was on my iPad yes, I am skypable anytime I am on it.

You should have left it in vegas!  what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!

I will be out there myself in a little over 2 weeks.  I do not think I will be having anywhere near the fun you did though.

Cord- That avatar still seems cool to me.  My son is all about Star Wars right now.  It's been interesting to see his reaction to the movies.  He thinks he knows everything about the movies based on Legos.  The movies are just a little over his head but he is loving watching them.

Right, right? No brainer open mouther right there.

Oh the possibilities!!

It was a H E L L of a party!  Sadly, we had a man down from the night before the ceremony (Friday) and he didn't resurface until sometime around 3pm on Sunday.  

Elvis was AWESOME!  He was wearing more makeup than everyone at the ceremony put together, and kind of a weird bronzed colour - but he could definitely sing!  My friends rock for getting him to show up after all the serious stuff - they know me well.

Nah, just needed another light-ish day after a whomping (front door brag alert) 27-hour training week. I actually haven't trained enough to need to taper, so ... stomping into the race head-on, but somewhat less than I have been, though.

Training ~25 (ave) hours a week, sleeping about 85, and eating the other odd 50. Not much time for BT.
