I am feeling better, and my hubby's home now, but I didn't get to the pool. I'm working the rest of today and all of tomorrow, but never fear--two workouts next week should bring me up to my goal. It's on Nibbins somewhere. Or we could ask Kendra. She would know -- seeing as you still owe her a pic. |

Huge pool, probably 10 lanes wide, maybe 5 swimmers besides the two of us; it was great, 1st time my hubby swam in ~20 years; he did great too. I added another 45 min to my swimming for the month. |

Champion 19812 MA | Subject: RE: Rebellious Reindeer I swam today and am up to 10 hours 15 minutes so just 45 more minutes to go. Should hit that by Saturday For a change I wasn't gasping for breath as I seemed to have figured out how to pace myself better. All this swimming though mentally tough for me has been really good. I think I'm a bit faster than I have been and have gained an awareness of what I need to improve at and can work on it during my swim workouts. |
