We found out they have lessons every Friday evening and then you can stay and dance. the cover charge was $10 and that included the lesson. so we learned a bunch of new steps and then once the "real" dancing commenced, we tried out our new steps, watched the more experienced people and decided that we would be returning. It was also a no-smoking club. I had a blast. Sounds like sooo much fun. And non-smoking? I didn't think anyplace like that existed in the south. I still forget when I go toa restaurant back home that I have to say "non-smoking, please" |

Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: Flying Fish Another swimless day for me. *sigh* Due to all the "work-related drama" this week, I didn't get to swim as much as I'd planned. I thought I could get a swim in today. Instead, I feel like someone dropped several tons of bricks on me. Bleh! Plus, I'm stuffed up and coughing again. (Thought I got over that cold already, but apparently not....) This is an absolute bummer for me. Four months of challenges - and I've ALWAYS hit my planned workouts. This is the first week that I didn't. That said, if I can swim tomorrow, I'll still be on track to meet my goal. So here's to hoping that the nose unclogs and the cough goes away. |
