HEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   I have a race tomorrow and I am NOT going to be able to sleep for excitement! It feels great digging out all my race stuff, checking off my list, brining my own cap - says USA on it just for Memorial Day!  I AM STOKED! I'm also planning to buy the wetsuit I rented. $200 is NOT bad for a Blue Seventy Sleeveless is it?  Oh my oh my oh my. It's like Christmas!   I hope everyone has a WONDERFUL Memorial Day!  I am ALMOST done with the challenge too and after tomorrow I will have ridden 150 miles on my new bike. HAHAHHA.

Off I go skipping through the tulips.  By the way, last week was a full moon.  This week the painters are in. No wonder I felt like crap. Hope I wasn't too much of a butthead.

nahhhhhhhh.....no buttheads here....GOOD LUCK ON YOUR RACE...go get em girly!

I just swam 2 miles!!!! I am back above the daily percentage, and I aim to stay there. I'll just make it in the swim, but should have some extra credit in the bike and run by the end of the week!

Hi team! Keep up the good work everyone! I just hit 102% in the swim, and I'm about up to par on the bike and run. I'll easily make 100% and shooting for 110%. I'm off to Grand Coulee, WA for a couple days, but I'll still be training. Oh, and it's my birthday so I'm going to stop in Spokane along the way at my favorite sushi restaurant YUM!

SWIM BIKE RUN! SWIM BIKE RUN!

aight team... i just updated my data correctly and added my bricks and that moved me from 45% to about 75% - hope this helps. i've still got about 6 hours of training to get done in 3 days...i'll do it!

on a side note - anybody ever feel really bloated from swimming?! I think i'm swallowing water? But after a long continuous swim i'm too bloated to even run...i literally have to relieve this bloated feeling through slow movements and stretches (fart) for about 30 minutes until my stomach relaxes and i can continue my workout or eat.

Any helpful points?

Thanks! Great job on the race Lynne!

They've opened the outdoor pool here at the hotel so I'm going to go for a swim on my tether haven't done that awhile. I did get a short run in last night too. It was dusk by the time we got out there though and the bugs were thick. Nothing like some fresh gnats for dessert yuck!

wow..I have never heard of this! are you in a masters swim team...maybe someone can watch you while you are swimming...

one thing that you may want to try SLOWLY expelling water everytime you put your face in the water and then when you breathe..make sure your mouth is way above the water line...you have got me on this one....but then again I am not a great swimmer.....so all you swimmers out there help!?!?!?

Bloating while swimming?  Wow. I dunno.  I usually blow out under water then inhale on the way up but I make sure my head is turned way up.  Running makes me feel bloated, extremely.  Last night on the home I could not stop farting.  It's terrible. I know it sounds disgusting but I want to know what causes it. I didn't over eat or anything like that. Pain in the arse, or stomach.  Hope you get it sorted.

I want to thank whoever has been updating my totals. Really, you're the best.
