It'd be nice to have a training partner, but I'm afraid his training volume will be about triple mine. Oh well. |

You can always do what I've been doing with a couple of my friends-just do a part of their run/bike/swim with them, then go on your merry way. My friends have been gracious enough to do out and back routes for the section i will be with them, then go on their merry way afterwards. Just a thought. |

Speaking of biulls, I've been a good boy and paid mine today so I just reewarded myself by registering for a 4-mile race I've been wanting to do for 10 years! It's the only time the whole year you can run over the Coronado Bridge, so I'm really excited. |

UBER QUICK FLY BY GHOULIES.... wanted you to know that i enjoyed a 15 mile bike ride to and from the Y and lived to tell about it  i had Creamy Tomato soup at Panera rather than a Dark Cherry Frapp as planned. and, and, and, IM SUPER DUPER SILLY EXCITED!!! i just accepted my first sub position for.... TOMORROW!!!!!! can we say HOW FAN FRIGGING TASTIC IS THAT!!!! so quick. have no idea who/what the assignment is as far as the student(s) i will be working with. dont you LOVE living life BLIND! i do know where and what time. i guess i'll get a folder w all the particulars tomorrow.
