Swim: Felt pretty good about 1/2 in. Just took me a bit to get into the groove. Did 10x50m @ 45. Woohoo...I guess I could have done more, but I decided to cap it at that and do some more kick and pull. I'd really like to get back to doing 20x50m @ 40...but I feel that might be wishful thinking! Haha. Testing out some Aleeve for pain...my drug experiment of the day. I guess it is working? Haha yeah for no pain! I find it harder to run slower! Ya...it was ridiculous...my legs just didn't want to cooperate. Next run is tomorrow. 8-9km...hopefully I can get through it without pain. Between the HIM and marathon, I just want to be able to run! Stupid leg/hip/azz  <---me, yelling like a petulant child. Still had some pain this morning. Gonna go lie on the floor and stretch in a bit...and take an Aleeve...which might be my new best friend...Melissa + Naproxen Sodium=BFF Good luck with the running and NO PAIN, Melissa. |
