Subject: RE: Ghoulie August Assatar Challenge- Run or elseThe interview I went with a bra and buttoned up, tucked in shirt. I was running late and I changed in a parking lot. I want you to know Bill, that I was more concerned with getting my cuffs buttoned than I was with getting the front of my blouse buttoned. I was about 3 minutes late for the interview, too. The directions he gave me were very poor. Then I'm pretty sure I blew the interview. I can't spit out the words. If they could put me in front of a machine and say I want you to do this, I could. Instead they ask for the definition of terms. I don't use those terms everyday. I know what they are, but I can't spit out the words to explain them. They did ask me some trouble shooting questions, I answered those without blinking an eye. At the suggestion of a friend I sent an email thanking them for the interview and apologizing for being late. I also stated that I would be available to come in and SHOW them what I am capable of doing in lieu of spitting out the words. The worst that can happen is they say no. I got a good 5 mile run in then later in the evening. |
