Be proud of the accomplishment. You can always work on bringing that time down in subsequent marathons I'm not unproud...but I'm uncertain of what to feel about it...I know it hurt a lot...but even then I can't really remember the pain...I don't know if that made sense. PS...I was worse with swimming than I am with tri/running. I have this "nothing is ever good enough/could have been better" thing going on. |

While running it definitely hurts. But afterward I always wonder if it hurt as bad as I thought it did or if I was just being a weenie and could have really pushed harder. Even after races where I'm happy with results those thoughts creep in. I think it's just part of being competitive |

I guess after 2 days of not eating and sleeping very well that's what I get. I'm up and moving now, but slowly.
