After 2+ feet of snow that shut down any plans for working out at the YMCA for a few days and/or running outside, I had a bad family week for working out because I was DaddyTaxi (tm ) for my daughter who was in her school play alot that week. So in the end I took about 10 days off. I owe a CLP for that week. I avoided BT because I was feeling guilty during the time, but I did make up for it by drinking some good beers. 6 pages of posts and I'm caught back up. Sorry to hear about the job Qua.

Now my legs are killing me. Just normal muscle pain, but it was only 10 days....give me a break ya know? I guess I deserve it. On the plus side my knee benefitted from the time off and doesn't hurt.
As for my plans for the month. I want 16-20 workouts. Seriously limit the alcohol intake. Eat less. Lose weight. Delight in my pants fitting better. Is that too much to ask? Oh, dropping another 5 pounds would be nice. I hit it in January but yikes that was close with my week off.
